The Hospital Council Board approved the 2018 Core Four Policy Priorities where local advocacy and convening can have the biggest impact:
- Behavioral Health
- Emergency Services
- Medi-Cal Managed Care
In addition to supporting CHA activities to change or mitigate the impact of government mandates and regulations at the state and federal level, Hospital Council will address local government regulations in the areas of emergency medical services, behavioral health, local Medi-Cal managed care plans, and new or proposed local government regulations that may emerge during the year.
